14/48 Hollywood, the worlds quickest theater festival, is dedicated to creating a supportive environment for radical artistic collaboration.  The festival presents original works of the highest quality while forging new connections between artists and artistic disciplines.

In a city that can keep us far apart, (both physically and metaphorically) we need something that can unite us in creativity. A career path in the arts and the entertainment industry can make us feel like we're in constant competition to do what we love. 14/48 strives to break that barrier and to unite us in something greater. LA is full of creative, talented, interesting people who deserve a platform to put immerse themselves in their craft. 

Each weekend festival brings in seven writers, seven directors, twenty to thirty actors, a group of musicians and a team of designers. Over the course of the 48 hours, these intrepid artists will write, cast, direct, score, rehearse, design, tech and present 14 world-premier 10-minute plays. It's a festival unlike anything you've seen before!

With your donation, you will help us be able to pay for our performance venue, our rehearsal spaces, feed our artists, supply them liquid courage, put costumes on their backs, sets on their stage and lights on their face.
