Every aspect of this production is designed to expose the myth of individualism, demonstrate that we are never really alone, show that we can be medicine for each other, and help audiences experience the power generated when we're all shining our light, together, in the world.

Your donation will make it possible for us to produce After the Rainbow, and you'll be supporting more than a music-full antidote to despair in times of turbulence and change. You'll be at the forefront of a movement; joining us in our call to unfold the path by walking it. Your money is energy to expand our impact as we create a ripple that shifts hearts and minds toward consciousness, connection, vulnerability, courage, and trust. You’ll be funding two women who stand in the power of their age and experience. We're leading the way down the yellow brick road to possibilities only seen when we view personal and global “cyclones” as catalysts for us to make bold changes and find deeper purpose and meaning in life.

Oh, the places your donation will go!
You are funding inspiration and hope and a lived, creative example of stepping into community, collaboration and owning our collective power. Because you don’t have to be in the theater to be impacted by the themes, messages, songs, and story of After the Rainbow, we are on a mission to spread the show’s message beyond the room where it happens. So we've also had the upfront costs of starting a business and have been investing in graphic, web, and social media strategy and design to help us extend our reach.
And After the Rainbow has all the standard expenses you might expect from a theatrical production traveling overseas to the world’s largest performance festival. This includes time in the creative process, song & video production, renting rehearsal spaces, event spaces, & a theater, costumes, props & sets, audio & video recording, travel, room & board, insurance, show tech & AV, PR & advertising, etc.
And After the Rainbow has all the standard expenses you might expect from a theatrical production traveling overseas to the world’s largest performance festival. This includes time in the creative process, song & video production, renting rehearsal spaces, event spaces, & a theater, costumes, props & sets, audio & video recording, travel, room & board, insurance, show tech & AV, PR & advertising, etc.
For the pragmatists among us - here are some of the nuts-and-bolts costs we have bringing After the Rainbow to the world’s largest performance festival this summer.
- $12000 lodging at the Fringe
- $5000 theater rental
- $5000 advertising - there are 6000 shows around town - our posters need to stand out and drive people to see the show!
- $3000 flights to and from Edinburgh
- $3000 props and costumes
- $2000 “Flyering” (on-the-ground marketing to get people to see the show) in Edinborough
- $2000 professional production for one song
- $50/show lighting/tech support (x ~30 days)
- $20-30 daily cab ride to and/or from the theater (x ~30 days)
- $500 Insurance
