January:
Solidarity action in NYC for Producing Director of the Freedom Theatre, Mustafa Sheta
Cultural Resistance March, a theatrical march of hundreds through Time’s Square Theatre District to call upon cultural workers to join the fight for Palestine with performances of dance, music, poetry and theater throughout.
War Street, released a short film created in response to US Aid and corporate sponsorship of the Palestinian genocide.
February:
Shakespeare to Gaza at People’s Forum, where Al Límite Collective performed a segment from Revolution’s Promise.
People’s Fair, an educational, cultural gathering in Judson Church to raise awareness and funds for multiple groups in Palestine.
March:
Howlround conversation with Artists on the Frontline, Freedom Theatre members and Al Límite Collective about creating theater in response to genocide
May:
Signals, feminist theater workshop in Mexico City ending in a street performance
June:
Brooklyn is Not a Sacrifice Zone, a traveling performance raising awareness of the fights against fossil fuel expansion along the Newtown Creek
