The Provincetown Art Association & Museum in 2026 will exhibit guest curator Betsy Siersma's selections of over three dozen works by the late Avital Sagalyn, from her mid-1940s stays on Cape Cod. Avital gave voice to her own abstract expressionism in a heavily male-dominated art scene. Today, her works defy time and resist categorization. We aim to raise $30,000 for the costs of restoration, framing and transport of curated artworks for this solo exhibition. Thank you for donating any amount.
