Blue Morph Collective is a New York based arts collective with a focus on story-telling based on personal experiences. Consisting of dancers, actors, musicians, visual artists, and film makers, the collective's vision is to create a community that's safe, comfortable, and supportive, while providing a platform to turn stories into collaborative performance art. We are currently raising funds for our second self-produced showing, and we would love your help in meeting our goal of $5,000.
About the show
Blue Morph Collective's target audience are people who have yet to discover the possibility of having an emotional outlet through performance art. Our goal is to inspire and encourage the audience to engage their emotions through connecting with the performance. This show will be monumental, as it will be the second of many self produced shows that give a platform for artists to share their stories.
In the last three years, we’ve been performing select pieces at varies concerts, festivals, and showcases. Our first self produced showing last year was a HUGE success. And now
we are ready to have another!
(This event is a part of Gibney's POP: Open Rehearsals, a program supporting curated rental opportunities for the dance community.)

About Blue Morph Collective
Blue Morph Collective is a New York based arts collective with a mission to bring storytelling, based on personal experiences, to the forefront of performance art. We believe that everyone has a story worth telling, and that these stories can be expressed through the raw and unpackaged expressions of art. Our performances are a collaborative effort between dancers, actors, musicians, vocalists, visual artists, and film makers. Our goal is to create performances and tell stories that audiences from diverse cultures and identities can resonate with. Our vision is to spread this form of performance art and make it accessible by teaching workshops, providing a performance platform, and cultivate artists by facilitating a safe environment for one to thrive and create community.
