What is "East Arts"?

East Arts is an all-day arts festival that fosters multidisciplinary collaboration and appreciation. It is a showcase experience unlike any other! Audience members can come and go during the afternoon’s screenings of short films and sketches; sit at listening pods to hear music composed by emerging artists; delight in amuse bouches of theatrical performance and dance, all interspersed throughout stand-up, sketch, and improv comedy; take in the art displayed on the walls, and sit back and enjoy the vocal stylings of established artists as well as up-and-comers. And it all ends with a dance party for the ages!


How can I help?

Your donations will directly fund the production of East Arts. Something we're proud of at NUEA East is that we don't require annual "dues". Our philosophy is that anyone involved in the local arts scene is already a part of the club. We aim to provide networking, education, and volunteer opportunities free-of-charge, all-year long. This is the only time a year we seek fundraising (think of it as our PBS Fund Drive). If you can help give us the resources to put on a great show, we'll take care of the rest.

East Arts is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a nonprofit arts service organization. Contributions for the charitable purposes of East Arts will be made payable to Fractured Atlas and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
