At Encore STL, we believe in the transformative power of community, connection, and creativity. We know that the arts are more than just entertainment—they are a vital prevention tool. When we provide our youth and families with safe, engaging, and creatively stimulating environments, we build stronger, healthier neighborhoods.

That is why we are bringing our E4Y (Encore for Youth) activations straight to the heart of the Dutchtown neighborhood, and we need your help to make it happen.

3rd Fridays at Marquette Park

We are hosting two upcoming Friday night E4Y activations at Marquette Park in St. Louis. These events are designed to be completely open and accessible to families, providing a safe, vibrant space to gather, eat, learn, and enjoy high-quality arts programming.

We are proud to bring these events to life alongside our incredible neighboring partners: Thomas Dunn Learning Center, Allies of Marquette Park, and Employment Connection. Together, we are turning standard Friday nights into engaging community hubs.

Our upcoming activations feature specific community-focused themes:

  • July 17: A focus on healthy food, wellness, and nourishment.

  • August 21: A focus on small business and youth entrepreneurship.

To keep these events free and accessible for the community, we are looking to raise $1,800. Every dollar raised through our Fractured Atlas portal goes directly into making these nights a success for Dutchtown families.

Here is exactly what your donation funds:

  • Performers: Paying local artists, musicians, and facilitators to bring top-tier, interactive entertainment to the park. The average cost of a local performer and DJ ranges from $75-125/hr

  • Youth Food Team: Supporting the youth-led vendor team responsible for managing, preparing, and distributing healthy food and treats to attendees. Our youth team receives a stipend and a supply budget for food and drinks to distribute. The average cost for our youth team is $500 for the evening.
