Bold City Remix

This fundraising initiative covers the incorporation of Bold City Remix, its establishment as a 501(c)(3) organization, and the crucial early stages of growth and establishing its new role in the community following incorporation. This grant will cover the legal fees associated with incorporation and filing for 501(c)(3) status as well as operational expenses that will be incurred during the first twelve months following incorporation including staff wages, utilities, and education supplies.
