Forward The Movement is a contemporary dance company that focuses on making an impact through programs, performances, scholarships, and missions.

In December, we are producing a show that aims to connect to the audience in a more personal way. Through contemporary choreography, the audience will not only feel a connection to the dancers, but also to their own personal journeys as well. 

All funds from our show will support the dance education of an underprivileged child in the Chicago dance community.

As dance educators, we have witnessed students who have been saved and transformed through the art of dance, but have also witnessed students who can not afford to pursue their dreams of dance due to financial situations.

We want to be able to help children of all backgrounds not only pursue dance,  but to train in an activity that helps them learn discipline, hard work, creativity, and allows them to break away from the mold society puts on them.

In order to make this possible, we need your help to cover costs of the show.
