FOSS returns to Burning Man 2025 to create a series of live, site-specific, multi-sensory shows.
FOSS: Tomorrow Today
FOSS, the live piano and electronic music show, returns to BM25 to collaborate with visionary artists across the playa to create a series of live, immersive, site-specific, multi-sensory experiences.
Critically acclaimed, Grammy-nominated pianist and composer Romain Collin once again teams up with multi–Grammy-winning producer and electronic musician Jeremy Loucas to bring a futuristic new iteration of FOSS to Burning Man 2025: Tomorrow Today.
The duo will perform a series of shows—each one a unique and ephemeral portal into a possible future. These collaborations will unfold in unexpected places: atop large-scale art, in motion, and in harmony with the environment. Performances will weave piano, live electronic music, movement and vibration, and dynamic visual projections to transform the desert into a living, breathing canvas.
At its core, FOSS explores the intersection of nature, technology, isolation, and human creativity. FOSS: Tomorrow Today is a future-facing evolution of the original show—intense, evocative, and immersive. Through speculative storytelling, it blurs the line between dreams and data streams.
Funds will support core creative and production costs—including sound and visual engineers, analog instruments, lighting and modular synth equipment, transportation, and on-site installation.
All contributions are processed through a 501(c)(3) and are fully tax-deductible, with the ability to accept institutional support.
