Get It Together follows Mary Hewitt, an aspiring poet from Philadelphia on the cusp of her life, as she falls for and rages against Harold Kruger, her Main Line paramour she just can’t figure out. Set across two nights two years apart, the comedy follows the pair through heartbreak, grief, and anxious desire as they question: What the hell is wrong with my family? Do cheaters ever quit? And who will understand me, if not you?

The play, developed at Boston College and previously produced in Los Angeles (the Zephyr Theatre) and New York (the Flea Theater), comes home to the 2025 Philadelphia Fringe Festival. Critics called previous iterations “incredibly funny and intensely relatable,” “stunningly authentic,” and "the birth of a modern classic."

WHAT?
We are campaigning to support this non-profit production of the play at the Arden's Hamilton Family Arts Center. The production team is headed by director Andie Lerner, producer Nick Hatcher, and playwright Michael Quinn.

We are setting our goal at $21,000. This amount covers the price for the theater rental, designers and materials, marketing, front of house and run-of-show staff, and a 10% contingency reserve.
