A man and a woman jump off a cliff together. A woman in a wedding dress has run away. They find each other underneath the ground, and they reach out their hands.
On Saturday, August 31 at 2pm, a reading of this brand new play by Dara Epstein will happen at The Tank. For free!
We're looking to raise just $500 to offset the costs of developing this new play. 100% of these funds will be used to pay the playwright, actors, director, and lighting designer a not-insulting amount for their brilliant work. We firmly believe that if a company does not commit to paying artists from the start, then it will only get more and more difficult to make that a priority later, so we are committed. The money we aim to raise with this campaign will only cover about half of our total budget, and it is truly necessary not just to make the reading happen, but to allow it to happen at no cost to audiences!
If you donate $10 or more, we will reserve you one of the best seats in the otherwise general admission house. Donate $20 or more, and sweeten the deal with some chocolate.
