I’m Ansa Edim—a Moth StorySLAM Champion, NYC Fringe award-winner, and one of the few fat Black women building a full storytelling universe. My show Is This Normal? is headed back to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe this August, and I need your support to make it happen.


This isn’t just theatre—it’s protest, prayer, and proof. Is This Normal? blends memoir, stand-up, and heartbreak into catharsis, connection, and cultural conversation. It’s been described as “funny, heartfelt, and genuine” by audiences and ★★★★ by the EdFringe Review.
