Drumming has helped me heal from loss, process and navigate the challenges and trauma from growing up with a father addicted to drugs,  ultimately finding my purpose on the planet helping others. I had a life changing experience playing music for his grandfather during the last month of his life which brought me to a path I never could have imagined.
