The Mosbacher Salon Series is a new, classically oriented house concert series enhancing the intersection of classical chamber music and visual art, simultaneously elevating the level of chamber music performance in Colorado Springs. The collaboration between Karen Mosbacher as a visual artist, additional artist by submission, and the various musicians invites opportunity for innovation in producing new work, and inspired performances. The Series also helps to promote the Pikes Peak region as an arts destination and elevates new and existing opportunities for national or international artists to travel to the Pikes Peak region by featuring local performers alongside internationally recognized musicians, showcasing how local talent stands among the best. The MSS champions creative interests by allowing the performers to express themselves through repertoire selection, and the performances themselves.
