The Panto Project heralds a new approach to inclusive and progressive American Theater by redefining how we celebrate the holiday season. In creating a utopia in the Abrons Arts Center, we celebrate our neighborhood’s resilience, open mindedness, and beauty. This fully accessible, all ages form of theater is created for the community, by the community when we need it most.

It is because of our commitment to our neighborhood and it’s most vulnerable communities that ONEOFUS has partnered with Abrons Arts Center and Henry Street Settlement to create a multi year holiday theater program.  Utilizing familiar fairytale stories combined with irreverent modern sensibility, the Panto Project creates age-appropriate musical comedies with special accommodations and access given to audience members of the disabled, unhoused and low-income communities.
