🌟 Fund The Fringe: Support the Scranton Fringe Festival this Giving Tuesday! 🌟
It's that time of year again, and we need your support to keep the arts alive and thriving in our community. On Giving Tuesday 2023 (November 28th), we invite you to be a beacon of creativity by contributing to the Scranton Fringe Festival!
WHAT IS FRINGE?
Scranton Fringe is an award-winning arts organization producing innovative work since 2015
, dedicated to creating a bold, engaging platform for thought-provoking art while striving to promote Northeast Pennsylvania as a viable creative environment. Inspired by the world’s largest annual event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, our organization has grown into an incubator of unique creative work centered around the performing arts.
In 2023 our annual festival of the arts increased its audience by 20% from the previous year, launched a new youth podcast workshop with our friends at the Black Scranton Project, presented the Pennslyvania premiere of a striking adaptation of George Orwell's
1984 - and much more!
We love discovery and experimentation within the arts, fantastic successes, and brilliant failures on (and off) stage.
We believe the arts are a catalyst for change in nearly every facet of community growth and deserve a seat at the table.
We trust in the power of what a few creative-minded people can do to help a region truly thrive (and we also love a good party).
With your support, we can:
✨ Showcase more diverse and innovative performances by providing paid work and creative resources to artists.
✨ Create educational opportunities for emerging artists and youth across NEPA.
✨ Reach a wider audience and continue making the arts accessible to all.
Your gift, no matter the size, will make a significant impact. Whether it's the cost of a ticket or a full corporate sponsorship - every generous donation brings us closer to our goal (and all donations are tax-deductible)!
Donate now, and help us close out 2023 as an unforgettable year for the arts in Scranton!
