We’ve never asked for help. We are now.

Over the past two decades, SpoonTree Productions has been creating and touring groundbreaking physical theater that brings together audiences of all ages, cultures and socio-economic backgrounds, empowering future generations of theater makers, goers and supporters, and reminding audiences everywhere that stories of human connection have the power to change our world, one show at a time.

The objective of our fundraising campaign is to build an enduring financial foundation that supports, sustains and promotes the next generation of SpoonTree Productions. With our achieved financial goal, we aim to support the artists of SpoonTree Productions, sustain the work that they create for years to come and share that work with communities near and far.

About SpoonTree Productions

Founded by physical theatre playwright and performer Wolfe Bowart and producer Kerryn Negus, SpoonTree Productions is devoted to creating and presenting original physical theatre productions that engage cross-generational audiences in theatrical experiences that evoke thought, wonder and laughter.

Under the SpoonTree banner, Wolfe has written, performed and garnered international recognition for his shows, toured through 25 countries and received Australian Helpmann Award nominations for Best Touring Production and Best Visual/Physical Theatre Production. Known for his fantastical solo works, Wolfe’s more recent productions feature diverse cast members who are honing their talent and skills under his mentorship.

Empowering the Next Generation of Storytellers

As an educator for 25 years, Wolfe has been an artist in residence and conducted workshops and masterclasses for professional performers and students of all ages. He currently shares his expertise with students at schools in southern Arizona, where his physical theatre workshops are designed to give voice to young people. Through these workshops, students of all backgrounds learn to celebrate and share their stories, empowering the next generation of storytellers to continue the important and timeless work of physical theater.

We can't do it without you!

THANK YOU for supporting these amazing artists and allowing SpoonTree Productions to continue their good work as ambassadors of humor and joy at home and abroad.
