Be a part of making theater accessible to everyone in our nation’s capitol! Imagine free outdoor theater where people can lay out blankets, pack a picnic and enjoy a performance under the stars!
We are proud to say this is our sixth year and your tax-deductible donation will help us to continue the tradition by providing funding for venue, set, costumes, props and marketing. Our passionate and creative staff is all volunteer.
Our sixth year production will be Twelfth Night with performances running for three weeks June 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, and 23, 2018 . The performances will be held nightly at 8 p.m. at Grace Episcopal Church in Georgetown (1041 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington, DC 20007), doors will open at 7 p.m. for picnicking and relaxing pre-performance.
The Fat and Greasy Citizens Brigade (FGC) is the resident theater company of the Grace Episcopal Church in Georgetown with the mission to provide accessible theater for everyone. We do so by providing free outdoor productions of the works of William Shakespeare each summer.
We really appreciate your support!
Thank you!
