That's exactly what we're creating with Nothing Like Before, an ambitious new black-and-white feature film that blends live theatre and cinema into one seamless story.
The project began as an Off-Broadway play, where audiences experienced the first act live. Now we're filming Acts 2 and 3 and editing everything together into a single feature-length experience, creating a storytelling format we've never seen attempted before.
Nothing Like Before, follows five former theatre geeks who reunite after the death of their childhood friend, Sofia. To honor her final wish, they take one last road trip together. But Sofia isn’t quite gone. As her ghost begins appearing throughout the journey, old wounds reopen, buried secrets surface, and each of them is forced to confront the person they used to be.
