Tribes USA is unlike any other project on the music theater landscape, today.  It's a cautionary tale about how today's cultural-political tribalism can spiral out of control. Tribes USA is highly entertaining, socially relevant, and delivers a timely, important, and unifying message to the American public. Please help us meet our goal to open the first staged production at a community or college theater by May 2025 with an eye toward more and greater production opportunities shortly thereafter.   

The successful development journey for a musical starts with an idea and ends with live performances before appreciative audiences.  Along the way there is scriptwriting, songwriting, music demo production, table readings, script and song rewriting, music scoring, staged readings, production team recruiting, and finally, stage production.  Each successive step comes with increased costs that may total more than $400,000 by the time the curtain is raised at the first showing at a small venue. 

This first showing is the gateway to commercial investors, larger productions, and larger venues. Until then, it is self-funding, volunteered time, favors, small grants,  and kind donations by patrons like you that keep the project on track.
