Update: Although we’ve reached our initial goal, we are continuing to accept donations as unfortunately, due to Covid-19, all of our concerts have been cancelled into August and most likely beyond. Our new goal amount is 25,000 to help us during these difficult times. At this point, we have lost so much work that this will barely begin to cover our losses but we appreciate everyone’s support and wish everyone well.
The impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic are far-reaching, unprecedented, and distressing. Life as we know it is facing extraordinary challenges. We are committed to our role as performers and educators in our communities and feel blessed to be able to bring joy to the public through our work.. We find ourselves in the midst of a potentially catastrophic financial hardship. We are seeking funding to supplement the loss of revenue from these recent cancellations. This is our main source of income, and our goal amount reflects a small portion of what we’ve lost.
In return for your donations, we intend to continue our mission of spreading the wonder of chamber music through virtual concerts on social media and online platforms. If you feel like you are in a good place financially, please consider supporting us with a tax deductible donation. It can make all the difference for us and we extend our gratitude in advance for your support. If you are struggling, please enjoy our music and we hope it helps you find some tranquility during this stressful time. We will all get through this together but it takes a village. Let’s all be there for each other and give as much as we can. For the time being, be safe, stay healthy, and wash those hands!
Much Love,
Ulysses Quartet
