We are thrilled to be producing our second production, Much Ado About Nothing.

We were encouraged by our successful 2016 production of The Winter’s Tale, of which JK Clarke of Theater Pizzazz wrote,

"What makes this production of The Winter's Tale work so well is not an elaborate set or a state-of-the-art theater...Instead, what makes this play work, first and foremost, is the company’s command of the material and their pure joy in performing it."

We're returning to the sanctuary at St. John's Lutheran Church in the heart of the West Village. A great springboard for our diverse group of artists to once again serve the community with accessible and affordable theater, especially for seniors and students.

Thanks to the ongoing support of friends and donors we have successfully raised 30% of our campaign goal of $17,000. Join us and be a part of this production by helping us reach our goal! Your generous contribution will help us cover operating expenses, which include:

Opening night is scheduled for April 20th for a three week run.

Our talented group of artists are led by the inimitable Everett Quinton, a legend of New York theater. His production of Charles Ludlam's Conquest of the Universe or When Queens Collide was recently lauded by The New York Times:

"an exceptionally lavish production...the cast seems to be having a high old time. And why should it not? These performers get to simulate the goriest of deaths, assume every position in the Kama Sutra and then some, and crib madly from sources like “The Wizard of Oz,” classic melodrama, Jacobean revenge tragedy, doo-wop music and vintage burlesque."

Included in the cast are Lenys Samá and Beth Dodye Bass, who were featured in Conquest of the Universe or When Queens Collide and are alumni of the famed Ridiculous Theatrical Company. Christopher Johnson, founding artistic director of the Yorick Theater Company, returns after the successful run of The Winter's Tale to play Benedick.
