52 Studio Arts

 

Internationally renowned  trombonist Clifton Anderson and cellist Nioka Workman, are  teaching artists who have created art programs that address a need for affordable cultural experiences in underprivileged communities. It is our goal to increase an appreciation for music, music education and  share the healing benefits that music has on the human soul. 

52 Studio Arts  expands our Music For The People NYC programs from small satellites in Brooklyn and the Bronx,  to programs that includes digital music, theater, movement, film and healing arts.

Our students will  study with internationally renowned artists and top professionals who are currently working in the field. Any age and musical level are encouraged to study the various art forms and learn at their own pace. 

52 Studio Arts offers  pod learning and private instruction  in pre music classes, Suzuki suite, recorder, strings, guitar, piano, voice, brass, winds and drums.  Our theater programs include Improvisation, physical movement, Shakespeare and auditions prep. Our team offers limited Yoga, Pilates, movement and healing art workshops. 

Our yearly events are open to the general public and they  include; Open Air Events, Festivals, Harvest Table, Open House , Virtual Events and our popular Neighborhood Concert series.
