About

Amanda Aileen Fisher is an interdisciplinary social practice artist exploring language as a material of perception, transformation, and relational depth. Her work activates writing, sound, and movement to help individuals and communities reframe internal narratives and engage in collective meaning-making. Rooted in the belief that perception is an embodied process, her practice offers immersive, participatory encounters designed to shift how people experience themselves, one another, and the world. Based in Mexico and working internationally, her current projects include The Box (an immersive installation designed for global distribution), Abre Tu Boca (a bilingual writing initiative), Territories Inside the Mind (a somatic art experience), and The Colors of Solitude (a color-based emotional mapping project). With support from Fractured Atlas, she is scaling this work globally through public events, multilingual publishing, and the training of new facilitators.
