About

Aristotle Wind Ensemble's main goal is to celebrate the Diversity of NYC, America, and our planet through music. By focusing on Equity, Inclusion, & Accessibility we will not only celebrate different demographics through specific concerts, but also by making sure those voices are being heard throughout our entire season.

Through both your generous support we will be securing a Major NYC Venue in the Fall of 2023 to honor and embrace all of you, our supporters, in our Live In AWE Gala concert.

You may be wondering what your donation is going toward, so let me tell you. Initially the money from your generous support will go to both Audio and Video Recordings for further fundraising efforts, the Hiring of Local Musicians for those recordings, as well as Rehearsal and Recording Venues and the Audio/Video Crews and Editors to put our promotional video together. Finally, anything over what is needed for that will go toward the Rental of the Gala Performance Hall and future production costs.

As we progress, AWE will pair up with other non-profit organizations, both artistic and otherwise, to broaden the awareness of both causes. This will be a goal of AWE for years to come. For example:

Concert Title; Space
Concept; Repertoire based on the creation, exploration, and vastness of the universe
Location; The USS Intrepid
Partner Organization; New York City Veterans Alliance
Repertoire Examples;
Nebula; Wataru Hokoyama
Event Horizon; Joni Greene
Faster; Quinn Mason
Cape Kennedy; Serge Lancen

In keeping in true vision of AWE, this concert is a great example of the Diversity you will see in our programming. Just in these four pieces there are 3 continents, 3 countries, 2 gender identities and both the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities represented in a non-traditional space. That's what it's about. Inclusivity on all levels.

This ensemble has been a dream of mine for years. One of the great things that came out of the pandemic was the time I had to properly put together a full business plan (available on request) and to research over 6 Dozen Composers and nearly 1,300 Pieces of Music to curate 4 Years worth of concert programs that look just like the example above. And that's before we start to Commission New Works.

Will you please join me in my vision for the future? Are you ready to Live In AWE?

Please donate what you can, and pass this along to anyone you think may be interested and use the hashtag #liveinawe to get the word out.

Thank you for your time and donation to my cause.
