Artivist Create intends to empower youth to use their artistic skills to improve their community and advocate for marginalized groups. Using youth-created artwork, Artivist Create's initial flagship project will transform selections of publicly used trashcans into beautified community artwork that promotes environmental responsibility and gives young people a visible role in community improvement.
