Aurora Levins Morales is an internationally known Puerto Rican Jewish prose poet, essayist, podcaster, fiction writer and digital artist. She's the author of seven books. Rimonim, a collection of ritual poetry for Jewish Liberation, illustrated by primarily BIPOC Jewish artists, will be self-published in December.
Finca la Lluvia Story Farm uses cultivation of traditional and newly introduced food and medicine plants combined with ecological, historical and cultural research to create and tell stories of possibility, connecting the Puerto Rican mountain community of Indiera with the planetary ecosocial crisis. Aurora tells these stories in writing, and through a bilingual internet series of audio essays.
