Rooted in a belief that storytelling can illuminate truth, the Sycamores collaborate to create experiences of connection, nourishment, and joy. Sycamores, throughout history, have been places where people come to cry, to sing, and to dream. They have roots that disrupt the pavement.
The Sycamores produce contemporary theatre with an old soul. Most recently, we produced a demo album of BISLAND AND BLY, a new musical by company members Susannah Jones and Marialena DiFabbio, and we are continuing the development of BISLAND AND BLY with another staged reading planned for this upcoming spring.
