BREAKING NEWS!!!! We are so thrilled to announce that BETWEEN FRIENDS
has received a matching grant! Between now and this Thursday, June 8th,

BETWEEN FRIENDS tells the story of two best friends with disparate
political views who are forced to face their differences at a wedding one
month after the 2016 election. This new play by Danielle Frimer asks
questions about the true nature of friendship, what it might take to build
bridges towards compromise, and where the line might be where disparate
views make friendship something too hard to hold.
The 2016 US Presidential Election challenged all of us, across political
party lines, beliefs and as many other ways you can align yourself with
another person. How we move forward in understanding is the work of our
play and the work of our immediate future.
BETWEEN FRIENDS is the second project of Sycamore Theatre Co, which was founded last year by Avital Shira, Marialena Di Fabbio, Danielle Frimer,
and Susanah Jones, and is being produced as part of the Brick Theater's
This Is Not Normal Festival in Brooklyn. The Brick is providing space for
the production, but we need your support to make BETWEEN FRIENDS a
reality. Your contribution is truly invaluable in allowing us to make this
possible.
