Back Pay seeks to pay musicians against their past labor and cultural contributions, from the sale of donated vintage vinyl. We will work with vinyl collectors who are interested in directly benefiting the musicians who made their cherished records. So to, will we partner with musicians to present their stories, work alongside them at record conventions around the country and give them some Back Pay.
