BBA Creative Lab is an immersive creative incubator in Tokyo connecting emerging Japanese and international creatives through bilingual, project-based collaboration with Japanese brands. Co-founded by Lacey Hughes and Wei Chen, BBA pairs multidisciplinary teams of artists, photographers, writers, and filmmakers with forward-thinking Japanese brands to produce portfolio-quality work, build genuine language confidence, and create lasting cross-cultural creative relationships. We develop the next generation of cultural bridge-builders, one cohort at a time.
