For Immigrants, by immigrantsBetween Us was founded by Emile Aslan Lacheny and Alessandro Paiano when in an improvised play about immigration channeling Beckettian theatre. They then pushed the idea further into the goal of a community for immigrants by immigrants. They continued developing the idea and the values of the company to include minorities and LGBTQ+.
