BaBEC is dedicated to promoting racial and gender-expansive equity in Fire Island's LGBTQ+ communities through year-round advocacy, education, and cultural programming. We work to dismantle systemic barriers, challenge existing structures, and create affirming spaces that center QTPOC experiences and voices. Our mission is to foster a more inclusive Fire Island where all members of the LGBTQ+ community, regardless of race or gender identity, can find genuine belonging and representation.
