Black Art Houston™ brings together Black artists, museums, galleries, and cultural organizations across Houston through a free, citywide program of exhibitions, open studios, conversations, and cultural events. The project expands public access to contemporary Black art and creates opportunities for audiences to engage with artists and the diverse cultural communities that contribute to Houston’s creative landscape.
