About

Black Fashion Files is a groundbreaking docuseries that centers Black fashion designers and redefines fashion and the concept of luxury through storytelling, culture, and technology. The series combines cinematic behind-the-scenes access that leverages AI and advanced image recognition technology to allow viewers to make episodes immersive and shoppable.

The series is an act of cultural reclamation, a creative economy blueprint, and a sacred strategy for how stories can heal, connect, and uplift across generations. Through streaming distribution and immersive events, the project aims to reshape fashion’s future by amplifying creative legacy and expanding economic inclusion.

Black Fashion Files will be presented on the mainstage of the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, at the iconic Louis Lumière Auditorium, in partnership with Largo.ai’s prestigious 100 Producers Program--representing the future of global content. This invitation marks an unprecedented opportunity for international visibility, cultural positioning, and strategic partnerships. Conversations around distribution, investment, and expansion are already in motion.

We are leveraging fiscal sponsorship to raise the above-the-line budget for Black Fashion Files, these funds will cover production, travel, cast, crew, and pre-distribution marketing for Season 1.

Fiscal sponsorship offers a vital channel for engaging aligned donors, institutions, and partners who resonate with our mission—and are ready to support a new paradigm of storytelling.
