Cards on the Table is a devised clown performance that uses tarot as a structural system to generate a three-act theatrical work blending clowning, vaudeville, and ritual performance. The project creates immersive, participatory experiences where performers and audiences engage in a shared space of improvisation, archetype, and symbolic storytelling rooted in queer carnival aesthetics. Through public performances and community workshops, the work explores transformation, vulnerability, and collective meaning-making through play.
