About
We are a NYC-based independent company that strives to create and uplift work that is for, by, and about women, while also maintaining strong community bonds and finding opportunities for philanthropy through our shows. Formed in 2025 by Emmarose Campbell and Maggie Winslow, the company was created to help us rediscover the joy in an industry that can be morale crushing, while also finding opportunities to expand our own creative circles and experiences.
Our Mission:
- Create opportunities for as many new and upcoming performers and artists as possible by limiting how much repeat casting we do on every show, as well as striving to provide at least NYC debut per show.
- Keep our shows accessible by keeping the majority of tickets under $35 (inclusive of venue food/beverage minimums!), as well as maintain our affordable ticket program which gives first-come first-serve opportunities for complimentary or discounted tickets to our shows.
- Maintain transparency in all aspects of our process- we always welcome questions, concerns, and feedback, and we can be reached via Insta DM @chorusgirlproductions or by email chorusgirlprod@gmail.com
- Foster a creative and collaborative process on every single show we work on- we encourage concepts and bits, and we want every performer to feel like they have the space to have creative freedom and agency in the work they do with us.
- Create avenues for philanthropy by partnering with charities and organizations that align with our passions, and connect with individual productions. In the past we have held fundraisers, donated portions of profits, hosted food drives…and we’re always looking to connect with groups who may want to partner with us!
We also want you to feel included when you support us- so if you donate feel free to reach out and let us know what part of our mission you are passionate about your donation supporting and we’ll do our best to allocate it accordingly!
