Organized in 2024, Coalition of Musicians for Ethical Change (CMEC) is a community of musicians that supports the establishment of positive and safe work and school environments where musicians of all ages, genders, and races can thrive musically and professionally. We will accomplish this by sharing information, supporting musicians, advocating for the timely resolution of problematic or unsafe environments, and by committing to create a safer culture for musicians now and for future generations
