Condemned to a Life is a darkly comedic solo show in which Amy Kraft performs alongside puppets to tell a story about guilt, family trauma, and the messy work of forgiveness. Puppets serve to take the shame out of the more sinister parts of lifed and invite audiences to question what they think they know about others and the stories we all carry. It is a show that wants to give audiences a big hug and say: it is going to be ok, and there are ways through it.
