Help a Delegation of Educators and Artists from Baltimore represent USA at the Kochi Biennale International Cultural festival. Performers and Artists will exhibit their work, collaborate with Indian artists, and deliver a cultural offering for the festival from the youth in Baltimore as part of an international educational program connecting youth in Baltimore with Youth in India.
