Dipping Into Change creates pathways to confidence, economic empowerment, and self-sufficiency for children, families, and underserved communities in Los Angeles. Through hands-on culinary arts education, workforce development, financial literacy, entrepreneurship training, and mentorship programs, we equip participants with real skills for real change. Our inclusive, trauma-informed programs serve youth, single parents, and individuals with learning differences — meeting every community member where they are.
