Recently, the Dolphin Dance Project produced a one hour program of 3D video, documentaries, and live dance that captivated and engaged audiences in New York City. We continue to develop an immersive installation for galleries and a feature length film for giant screen theaters.
We are grateful for your help in making it possible for us to share this work with more people in more cities around the world.

The Dolphin Dance project is bringing together wild dolphins and trained human dancers to create collaborative, inter-species artistic expressions - underwater dances and films that document them. Chisa Hidaka is coordinating this project, developing techniques to interact with wild dolphins and directing the human dancers, gathering a panel of experts to analyze the inter-species interactions and also directing the efforts of a film team who will document the process. Our goal is to increase respect and protection of wild dolphins and their habitats... and to transform viewers' understanding of their relationship to the wild world.
