Dance Solutions is a Maryland-based dance and wellness organization bringing professional, inclusive, and adaptive movement programming to communities across the Mid-Atlantic. Through "Every Body. Every City.," we are on a mission to ensure that every person — regardless of physical ability, cognitive difference, or zip code — has access to the transformative power of dance. Our teaching artists and adaptive movement specialists work directly with youth, families, and educators in schools, recreation centers, and community spaces to create joyful, accessible, and empowering dance experiences. Dance Solutions has served 8+ counties in Maryland for over 25 years and is expanding its reach nationally.
