Explorers of the Solar System is an educational podcast and YouTube series that takes students on a journey through our cosmic neighborhood—guided by real planetary scientists. Designed for middle school through early college learners, each episode blends storytelling, science, and interviews to reveal the Solar System as a place full of mysteries, missions, and ongoing exploration.
Hosted and produced by science educator Arwen Hubbard, the series is paired with free downloadable curriculum for educators, homeschoolers, and science clubs. Alongside the 12 core episodes, we’ll also release full-length interviews with 20–30 working scientists, giving students a deeper look into how science is done and who does it.
This project exists to inspire curiosity and open doors to STEM careers by showing students that science is not just for experts—it’s for explorers. All content will be freely available to the public via podcast platforms, YouTube, and a dedicated educator page.
Donations help make this possible by covering production costs, hosting, outreach, and modest honorariums for guest scientists. Your support helps us bring space science into classrooms, homes, and curious minds around the world.
