F is a curatorial and publishing platform organized originally around F Magazine—a biannual art and writing publication in print from June 2014, when it launched at Printed Matter, New York, until the last issue, which was released in April 2020. Since forming, in addition to 10 issues of the magazine, F has published several other artist publications, organized 11 art exhibitions, staged numerous readings and events, and has recently opened an exhibition space in Houston, TX. The magazine itself had around 200 contributors, and the three-pronged mission of the project has been:
1. To bring together a community of artists and writers;
2. To support the voices and visions of the individuals in this community; and
3. To facilitate a dialogue between this community and its audience.
