Faultline Ensemble is a new theatrical collaboration between artists and healthcare workers. Faultline was founded in early 2014 in conjunction with the Rosehip Medic Collective with the goal of creating theater that enhances community health and resilience. The ensemble prioritizes work that addresses inequity and oppression within the healthcare system, places marginalized voices at the forefront, and is nonhierarchical, queer and trans positive, antiracist, feminist and inclusive of all abilities. Faultline values the contributions of individuals new to theater and to identifying as artists, and works to build an environment that fosters mutual learning and growth.
