About

As a filmmaker, writer, and actor, I want to push the boundaries of storytelling and entertainment as my audience ingests the narrative before them.

In my new stage adaptation of Medea, "Jason, Medea, and the Tragedy at the PS19 Talent Show", an actor couple (who met in drama school) are living in the East Village, NYC with their son when the mother acknowledges a violent act from her past during a Q&A at a Lincoln Center movie premiere. The public confession sets a catastrophic set of events in motion. The entire story is told from the perspective of Jason as he conjures up the tragedy during a 45 minute solo performance.

In my new untitled screenplay (to be produced as my sophomore feature film), a queer actor is cast in a romantic drama shooting in Portugal alongside a Harry Styles-like co-star. An ancient curse haunts the film set over the course of a month as the cast and crew get ready for production. The working title of the film is "The Queer Actor".

Both projects will presented to the public over the course of 2023-2025 at various New York City locations. (One will be a fully produced play, and the other a staged reading of a screenplay).
