Based in West Palm Beach, Florida Dance Conservatory believes in providing quality training for young dancers in a positive learning environment. We believe that dance should be accessible to everyone - dancers and audiences alike.  Students study ballet, modern, jazz, tap, contemporary, hip hop, and more.  At FDC, we foster a love for the art of dance and hope to introduce young dancers to the discipline in a supportive environment.   We also hope to cultivate a love for dance in our audiences throughout our community.

About FDC:
Florida Dance Conservatory just celebrated its 10th year!  FDC is owned and operated by Tina Martin, who danced professionally as a principal and soloist for Richmond Ballet and Ballet Florida as well as a guest artist for Tulsa Ballet and Ballet West.  In her career she danced over 100 roles including Serenade, Who Cares?, Apollo, The Nutcracker, Giselle, Coppelia, and Agnes DeMille’s Rode as well as Juliet in Romeo and Juliet, Aurora in Sleeping Beauty, Titania in Mid-Summer Nights Dream, Anne in Anne Frank, Marguerite in Lady of the Camellias and the Sacrifice in The Rite of Spring. She also danced the principle roles in Firebird, StepText, Allegro, Ash, Tchaikovsky Pas de deux, Smile with my Heart, Lambarena, Elemental Brubeck, to name a few.  She had the great honor of working with choreographers like Lar Lubovitch, Val Canaporoli, Mauricio Wainrot, Trey McIntyre and Sean Lavery as well as titans of the dance world Fredrick Franklin, Judy Fugate, and Suki Shore. The highlight of her career was in 2007, Mauricio Wainrot selected Martin to perform his piece The Rite of Spring in Moscow at the prestigious Bolshoi Theatre for the Benois de la dance. Then in 2008, she was invited to perform in Caracas, Venezuela for the Viva Nebrada Gala.

Ms. Martin and her incredible staff of teachers love to bring their experience and love of dance to the young students at FDC.

Please help us to continue to support these young dancers.
