Founded by Greek-Colombian director Eleni Lefakis and Singaporean playwright Nathalie Lam, Fourth Culture Collective uses performance as a lens to examine culture, identity, and belonging in a globalized world. We support early-career artists through accessible, flexible, and collaborative projects that prioritize experimentation, curiosity, and play. By creating space for emerging voices to forge artistic identity, take risks, and build community, Fourth Culture Collective aims to nurture new work, reach diverse audiences, and help define an intersectional vision for the future of the performing arts.
